At Samyak Properties & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., sustainability is an integral part of our planning and development philosophy. We are committed to creating environmentally responsible communities that balance modern living with the preservation of natural resources. Responsible development goes beyond constructing homes — it is about building communities that respect nature, conserve resources, and create a healthier future.

Water Conservation

Every Saffron township is thoughtfully planned with common rainwater harvesting and ground water recharge infrastructure, in full alignment with Haryana's building norms — which mandate recharge systems for developments above 500 sq. m and require harvesting structures across common areas such as parks, roads and open spaces. Rainwater across the entire township is channeled back into the ground to replenish the local water table, with every system certified functional in accordance with the Haryana building code.

  • Rainwater harvesting systems to capture and recharge groundwater
  • Stormwater drainage designed to prevent flooding and conserve rainwater
  • Water-efficient irrigation systems for landscaped areas
  • Use of native plants requiring minimal irrigation
  • Sustainable water management practices across common areas

STP Reuse

Every Saffron site is served by a centralized Sewage Treatment Plant, engineered to meet Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) standards, treating wastewater to BOD levels below 10 mg/L and TSS below 10 mg/L. Treated water is reused for landscaping and horticulture rather than discharged, upholding the National Green Tribunal's mandate of 100% sewage treatment and reuse.

  • Landscape and garden irrigation
  • Maintenance of parks and green spaces
  • Common area cleaning
  • Plantation and horticulture
  • Other utility purposes where potable water is not required

Native Landscaping

Landscaping across every Saffron township is thoughtfully curated around native and low-water-demand plant species, reflecting a deep respect for the region's natural ecology and groundwater conditions. This allows residents to enjoy lush, green common areas and avenues that are both visually inviting and environmentally responsible, in harmony with Sonipat's climate.

  • Plantation of drought-resistant native species
  • Low-water irrigation requirements
  • Seasonal flowering plants and shaded green areas
  • Preservation of ecological balance

EV Readiness

Every Saffron project is planned with dedicated EV charging infrastructure across common parking and community areas, in keeping with the Haryana Town and Country Planning Department's amendment mandating a minimum of one charging point for every five parking spaces — thoughtfully integrated without impacting saleable or usable plot area.

  • Provision for EV charging points
  • Dedicated electrical infrastructure for future expansion
  • Convenient charging access within residential communities
  • Smart planning for increasing EV adoption

Energy Efficiency

Saffron designs its townships in step with the Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) framework, adopted by Haryana in 2016 through HAREDA, aiming for the 25–50% energy savings that ECBC-compliant construction is proven to deliver over conventional development. Common area lighting, street infrastructure and shared amenities are planned to minimise energy consumption.

  • LED street lighting for reduced power consumption
  • Energy-efficient lighting in common areas
  • Smart utility planning and optimized electrical infrastructure
  • Durable, low-maintenance construction materials
